Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Edikted pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items like intimates and final sale products are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size or store credit.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
